Aisling Bea

Aisling bea was born in Kildare Ireland on 16 March 1984 is Ireland's richest and most well-known comedian. She has been on QI with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16th March, 1984) is a comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea started her professional career in stand-up comedy in 2011, after playing a few small roles she appeared in Irish and British television dramas starting in 2009. Bea began performing often on sketch comedy and sitcoms later in the year. After her victory during the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was invited to appear on a number of panel programs. In 2016 and 2017, she served as a team leader for 8 Out of 10 Cats. She is also a contestant of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. The parents of her include Brian as well as Helen O'Sullivan. She has one younger sister, Sinead. In 2012 she won the So You think You're Funny Award for the second time. Bea was awarded the award to honor her father. Bea wasn't told the specifics of his passing before she reached the age of 13. In 2017, Bea wrote an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family. She also took on the stage name Bea in remembrance of him. Bea as well as her sister Sinead were nurtured by their mother Helen (nee Moloney) a secondary school teacher, jockey trainer, and former professional jockey. Their family was racing and horse-related. Bea spent her childhood as a tour guide for the Irish National Stud. From the age of a child, Bea knew that she was not interested in racing as a career. Instead, she was drawn to the performing arts.
